📘 Course Description 

BINUS BIPA Intensive Course is a 140-hour Bahasa Indonesia for Non-Native Speakers (BIPA) program specifically designed to provide a comprehensive, intensive, and structured learning experience. This course enables learners to complete one full BIPA level (BIPA 1, 2, or 3) within a single program cycle. 

It is ideal for students, researchers, professionals, or anyone who needs to acquire a strong command of the Indonesian language in a relatively short time for academic, professional, or everyday communication purposes. 

🎯 Program Objectives 

1. To develop well-rounded proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Indonesian
2. To provide contextual understanding of language use in social, academic, and professional settings
3. To build learners’ confidence in using Indonesian actively and accurately 

🧩 Structure & Learning Content 

The course consists of: 

• 70 interactive sessions (online or onsite), totaling 140 hours 
• Task-based learning approach with real-world applications 
• Language practice through role plays, group discussions, presentations, and simulations

🟢 BIPA 1 – Beginner Level 

Focus: Basic communication in everyday situations.
Language Goals: Introductions, basic vocabulary, simple sentence structures, present tense.

🟡 BIPA 2 – Intermediate Level 

Focus: Expanding vocabulary and grammar for more complex social interaction.
Language Goals: Past and future tense, expressing opinions, comparing, describing experiences.

🔵 BIPA 3 – Upper-Intermediate to Advanced Level 

Focus: Academic and professional communication, critical thinking, cultural and societal issues.
Language Goals: Passive voice, complex clauses, academic and formal expressions, abstract concepts.
